With Plant 5, we are expanding our production capacities, creating the conditions for future office space, and sending a clear signal for the future: for our customers, our employees, and for the region!

With the acquisition of the Horstring 16 site, we are laying the foundation for the largest investment in the history of the Brandenburger Group.

From idea to plan 🏗️
Intensive planning work has resulted in various usage scenarios.
Challenges such as the coronavirus pandemic, rising construction costs, and fire safety regulations are inevitable in this project - but with perseverance and team spirit, we will find the right way forward.

Acquisition of the PV-system 🔌
“Securing energy for the future.”
By purchasing the existing photovoltaic system, we are laying the foundation for the conversion. This not only makes Plant 5 structurally possible, but also represents a clear commitment to sustainable energy at the site.

Groundbreaking ceremony – green light ✅
“The course has been set!”
All documents have been submitted, approval has been granted: the official starting signal for Plant 5 has been given. Initial preparatory construction work is beginning.

Installation of fire protection walls 🏗️
The halls are being converted and new structures and layouts are being created.
One highlight: the installation of huge fire protection walls using a 250-ton crane.
Step by step, Plant 5 is taking shape.
