With the COLLAS Group in Lille / Northern France
Today we would like to take you to Lille in the north of France. There, we found irregular, outdated pipes that had already been repaired and repaired several times, exacerbating the current situation in the already uneven, brick-built sewer.
The solution: a total of 98 metres of BB2.5 DN 1300, which, thanks to the folded inner foil, adapted perfectly to the prevailing conditions and led to a perfect result.

With UAB Pozemines Linijos in Lithuania
‘Sveiki’ from Lithuania. Back in April, they went on a roadshow through Lithuania together with Artūras Račkauskas from Poli and Georgi Barzanov and Marc Albrecht from ProKASRO Mechatronik GmbH.
A total of six BB2.5VERTICAL shaft liners were installed in 5 cities (Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Vilnius) and demonstrated to interested representatives from politics, utility companies and engineering offices.

The installed manhole liners are the first UV manhole liners in the entire Baltic region and UAB Požeminės Linijos is the only installation company in the Baltic region certified by us.
With VALENTIN Environnement in Dunkerque
The French city of Dunkerque (Dunkirk) is undoubtedly well known. Located close to the Belgian border, it is one of the most important harbour towns in France with a population of around 90,000.
A whole 3 months of preparatory work on the pipes was necessary to prepare one of the city's main pipelines for renovation. The installation of our BB2.5 liner with DN 1150 and a total length of 69 metres is the first of a total of 6 BB2.5 liners to be installed for the renovation.
Particularly noteworthy is the overall size of the project, the extensive preparatory work for the rehabilitation and, as always, the excellent and cooperative partnership with VALENTIN TP and the experienced rehabilitation team. THANK YOU!

With Swietelsky-Faber sewer rehabilitation in Ettlingen
Against the imposing backdrop of Ettlingen Castle and without disrupting the flow of people in the busy pedestrian zone, two manholes were rehabilitated with the BB2.5VERTICAL manhole liner at the end of April 2023. Renewing the two 4-metre-deep manholes using the open construction method was not an option for the city, so some of the many advantages of the BB2.5VERTICAL came into play: little space required on the construction site, no need for dewatering, quick construction site set-up, little noise and dirt, short construction period and therefore little impact on delivery traffic and general traffic flow.
Damaged manhole rings and corrosion damage to the respective berm required a further advantage of the BB2.5VERTICAL: renovation of the manhole up to the channel and including the berm. The characteristics and material correspond to the BB2.5, but the modified properties of the glass mean that the manhole liner is extremely flexible, allowing it to be adapted to the respective manhole geometry and eliminating the need for time-consuming measuring in advance. Christian Baeßler from the Ettlingen municipal construction office was satisfied with the smooth process and the optimum result.
A strong presence in Australia with Tucker & Sons
The BB2.5VERTICAL was used four times as part of the Yarra Valley Water Project with M Tucker & Sons, our certified installer and strong local partner. All 4 sites were located in ecologically sensitive areas. The main pipeline required special care due to very high levels of hydrogen sulphide gas and the weather conditions with very high rainfall posed a major challenge for the installers.
