Brandenburger offers hose liners developed and manufactured in-house for trenchless sewer rehabilitation. The patented winding technology, with which we have produced a total of over 7,000,000 m of liner in over 20 years, is a special feature. Our pipe liners are cured using UV light and form a new pipe in the old pipe.

The pipe liner is wound into a pipe using pre-impregnated laminate rolls. This creates a uniform wall thickness and ensures complete penetration of the resin in the glass during the previous impregnation. This guarantees that there are no imperfections in the material and that a full layer of pure resin forms on the surface of the tube liner.

As the dimensions, cross-sections and mechanical loads differ depending on the sewer to be rehabilitated, we can offer a suitable product for every situation with the help of technical advice.
